Our servers are hosted at a secure datacentre in the London Docklands with diverse fibre routes to high-speed transit providers including Tiscali, NTT/Verio, Telia and Interoute supplying over 10GB/s of external IP connectivity. The datacentre is also a member of the London Internet Exchange (LINX) and Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX) with peers such as Microsoft, NTL, Claranet, Google, NewNet, Akamai, the BBC and hundreds more.
Our suite boasts state of the art equipment throughout, including fire suppression systems and dual feed power supplies with UPS backup. Emergency generators are on standby and can sustain the site indefinitely in the event of a major power outage.
Our core network utilises Juniper routing and HP switching equipment. Duplicate core and edge network equipment as well as dual connections for each switch guarantees no downtime in the unlikely event of hardware failure.
